Geldstrafe für Umgangsboykott
Ich habe vor Kurzem im Radio gehört, dass umgangsboykottierende Frauen
zukünftig mit einem Ordnungsgeld zu rechnen haben.Das war doch theoretisch schon vorher so, oder?
Theoretisch schon, aber auch in der Justiz hat PISA gnadenlos
zugeschlagen. Richter sind einfach schrecklich ungebildet.
Ist ähnlich wie bei Falschbeschuldigung. Theoretisch ja, aber praktisch bleibt es bei gelben Karten.
