Es ist ein Argument aus so groß und so traurig einen Fonds der Erfahrung, dass nichts rational es überwiegen. Aber irgendwie, jedenfalls in Gesellschaften wie der unsrigen, dieses Argument nicht angegeben wird die gebührende Gewicht. Wenn das, was heißt eine "Reform" erweist sich wieder einmal, ein Heilmittel schlimmer als die Krankheit, immer davon ausgegangen, dass das, was wir brauchen, ist noch mehr und noch mehr drastisch, "Reform".
